    I lost nearly 20 kg of my whatever you want. Don't eat till u r stomach blast. Do exercise 5 days a week. Consistently follow this. Put your effort, wait patiently, and you will definitely see the results as I saw. Main thing at least fast 9 to 10 hrs which means don't intake food after 8 pm. Complete dinner within 8 pm and have breakfast between 7 to 8 am.

    @M. I . P yes you can take rice. Limit ah eduthukalam. Veggies Nariya eduthukonga. Workout is must. You can do workout in u r convinent time . But fasting period la workout Pana it would be more good. Atleast u need 45 mins to 1 hr workout a day ..

    @M. I . P bro ah🙄.. I will start my food routine at 12 pm... Will take green tea, nuts, and fruits. Then at 2pm I will have take rice, egg, and more veggies. Then, evening will take some healthy snacks like corn l, pea's..then at 7.30 will have dosa/idly/chapathi...that it . After that u can take black coffee or water till next day 12 pm.

    @Edilebert R right, peoples have very much numerous opinions against carbs and insulin. Every grams of carbs holds 3 to 4 grams of water , so when in ketosis you are eliminating carbs from your diet, which result in rapid weight loss in the start ( which is mostly water you stored) now people have seen some rapid changes in the weight scale so now carbs has become an enemy.

Researchers like Norton, Aragon, Eddie Jo have talked extensively about why the model absolutely fails while facepalming themselves No, the body cannot "reverse fats". Does it use fat storage, yes, but while storing fats in parallel so much that the net change isn't special compared to other diet protocols. The rapid weight loss is merely a temporary effect. Again, Keto or any LC diets are not bad or harmful, but these claims are bizarre and ridiculous. Shows how much INstatusrs and diet journalists like Taubes are spewing nebulous buzzwords without any credentials

    @gemson john yup when you are in ketosis you are lower in carbs so there will be lower in glucose inside the system, so body will prefer ketones as their primary fuel which are byproduct of fat metabolism. In keto 65 to 70% are fats so when you eat fat body will store them as triglycerides (fats) in adipose tissue. So you are burning fat and storing fat at the same time. So what matters is how much calories you consumed in a week (average).so keto is not superior to any other diet, calories in vs calories out is what determines your fat loss or weight gain

    @gemson john bro lets understand that the video is not about preventing any disease here, its about losing weight,So making a diet accordingly to an individual lifestyle is what diet works better in a long term, I'm not saying keto is bad here , if its fits your lifestyle you can stick with that, i have no prob with that, losing 25 kgs in keto doesn't mean that ketogenic diets are superior and it should be recommended to every average human being. You just eliminated carbs from your diet which helped you in a deficit so it resulted in weight loss as simply as that. Every macronutrients has their own benefits. So assessing an individual before you recommended a diet is very important. Coming to blood markers i agree with you in some cases keto might be helpful to some individuals, but its not for everyone. What works for you will not work for everyone 🙂

    Bro , he might be trying to promote his business... But seems like you have no knowledge about keto.. I have been in keto for 3 months and I did lost 25 kg. Keto is all about not having carbs ( very lil carbs) and by having healthy fats and no carbs it's basically reversing the fat by making the body to use fat as fuel body. Even type2 diabetes is being reversed by this diet. Many of the people who starts do blood check and check all the major factors like hdl , ldl, uric acid etc , etc . Please visit lchf malayalam page for more such proofs. Calorie intake is a major factor in diet , but not incase of keto for sure...
